BDO History

BDO was founded in 1963 with five original member firms in the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, the US and Canada. These firms formed the Binder Seidman International Group. In 1973, the British, German and Dutch member firms adopted a common name of Binder Dijker Otte & Co whose acronym has endured for the entire global network.

BDO Kosova was established in August 2010 in cooperation with BDO Croatia d.o.o. and AAT Consulting L.L.C. a leading domestic company. Both companies have long experience in audit, accounting and tax services. BDO Kosova is a member firm of Kosovo Board on Standards and Financial Reporting (KBSFR). In Year 2022 BDO Croatia sold its shares in BDO Kosova and a new cooperation with BDO Turkey is estabilshed.
